Located on the 10th floor of 550 Broad Street in Newark, the new 10,000 – square-foot headquarters of the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation represents a modern evolution of one of New Jersey’s most influential philanthropic institutions. Designed in collaboration with ENV, the project embodies the foundation’s commitment to community, collaboration, and social impact through a contemporary space that balances openness, sustainability, and purpose.
Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a bright, expansive lobby framed by panoramic views of downtown Newark. The layout prioritizes connection and flexibility, with open workstations, private meeting areas, and collaborative lounges designed to encourage dialogue and shared vision.
The new headquarters serves as both a workplace and a civic space. Positioned within Fidelco Realty Group’s revitalized 550 Broad Street, the office symbolizes the Dodge Foundation’s continued role in shaping Newark’s cultural and social landscape.
