AKT Designs presents Conover Terrace, a forward-thinking multi-family residential proposal that reimagines suburban density with precision and clarity. Conceived as a cohesive residential insertion within its Orange neighborhood, the project masterfully organizes living, parking, and landscape into a single, efficient footprint. A formal architectural composition is achieved through a rectilinear massing and a strategically planned circulation core, featuring 12 residential units, dedicated entries, exits, and future-ready EV parking. The design employs a restrained material palette and rhythmic fenestration to establish a contemporary civic presence, while standardized unit plans—detailed with refi Villager bath—ensure both quality and replicability. This project embodies AKT’s commitment to transforming pragmatic programmatic requirements into resolved, livable architecture that respects its context and anticipates modern living.
